Kanchipuram - Kachchabeswarar Temple
The Presiding Swamy of this temple is Kachchabeswarar and the Ambal is is Sundaraambigai. The temple is situated in the southern corner of the west Raja Street at Big Kanchipuram (Kancheepuram).
Goddess Durga, God Ayyaranar, Sun Lord, Lord Bairava (a manifestation of Lord Shiva) and Lord Vinyaka worshipped Lord Kachabeswarar and attained salvation.
Arulmighu Pancha Santhi Vinayagar sannadhi is found as soon as we enter the Temple and it is said that people who worship this Vinayagar would be able to overcome all troubles and sufferings in life and fulfill their wishes.
Lord Vishnu who took the form of a tortoise worshipped Lord
